All McFly Fans - PLEASE READ

All McFly fans,
Unfortunately it has come to our attention that a "fan" of McFly claims to have got hold of the Motion in the Ocean album and intends to make it available for download on his site from tomorrow. This activity is completely illegal; acquiring the album, making it available to download without record company consent, and downloading it illegally are all criminal offences. The BPI are aware of this threat and are watching the site. Any steps to make this album available tomorrow will be treated very seriously. McFly are naturally concerned that someone would wish to harm the release of their new album on November 6th and that their fans might be involved in any illegal activities. McFly urge fans to be aware that any opportunities to hear illegally sourced copies of their album online before November 6th are a scam, and not to get involved.
